Deposit of one night's stay (for 1-2 nights) or 50% of entire stay required at the time of reservation.
14 day notice is required to shorten or cancel reservations for full deposit return.
If less than 14 day notice, deposit will be refunded, less 10% service fee, ONLY if room is resold.

Two person per room maximum (two rooms can accommodate a cot for an additional $25 per night)

Two night weekend minimum required throughout July and August
